Payment Options

WELL ADJUSTED believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family. We design plans that take into consideration your specific health, time and budget needs. In addition, we may be able to connect families and individuals who have little or no chiropractic insurance with discount programs that make care more affordable. In certain cases, we may be able to arrange flexible, payment plans to help you get the care you need. to learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, we encourage you to call our office directly.

Insurance 

In order to ensure unbiased, quality health care, we are not affiliated with any insurance company. Payments are received at the time of service and qualify for a 20% discount, a benefit of our reduced administrative costs. Patients who have insurance with out-of-network, chiropractic benefits may then forward the bill to their insurance for reimbursement as their policy provides. Our office is happy to contact an insurance carrier to verify eligible coverage, upon request.

Medicare and Medicaid patients are referred to another provider.

Auto Accident - Worker's Compensation - Personal Injury

We provide excellent pain relief and assist recovery from automobile accidents as well as work related and other personal injuries. To reduce hardship in these situations, you may request that payment be deferred and billing submitted directly to the auto insurance, worker's compensation or personal injury claim. The discount for time of service payment would not apply with such deferment.

No Insurance

To assist the uninsured or underinsured and those who have financial concerns, we are providers for two health care discount programs. Ameriplan and Preferred Chiropractic Doctor (PCD). If you are not a current member of either plan, you may ask us for additional information and applications.

Family Plans

Our focus at WELL ADJUSTED is to actively help you and your family take charge of your health, wellness, and disease management. We assist and guide you in caring for the important people in your world: you and you family. In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family plan, specific to you and your family.

Health on a Budget

Your health is your most important asset. As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything. Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late. A WELL ADJUSTED we're convinced that a small investment of your time and money in your health, now, is far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it later. The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. We encourage you to take  your health very seriously.
